Perfect location, cozy with excellent heating, convenient elevator, nice breakfast, amazing ski access, very hot water.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

clean rooms, convenient facilities including elevator, ample parking and great location close to ski lifts and the center. Breakfast was good and staff tried their best to help despite language barriers.

The room was spotless and had a cute balcony with a relaxing view. the shower was spacious and it was nice to have a separate toilet. the hotel's location was prime, only a short walk to the ski lift and a nice selection of restaurants nearby.
Our romantic escape was dampened by our experience at this hotel. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us and didn't speak much English, making communication difficult.

The location couldn't have been better, just a few meters away from the ski lift and close to the city center. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Another advantage was the excellent heating, making it very warm inside the rooms, perfect for the cold winter nights.
The bedding was a bit old-fashioned, and the blankets could have been renewed or replaced with duvets. The towels were also a bit scratchy, although they were large in size.

Located close to the center of the village, it's an ideal place for tourists who are looking to explore the beautiful area. Not far from the Monte Civetta area, it is a perfect spot for adventure buffs while also being very close to the ski lifts, making winter sports easily accessible. the rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies that offer picturesque views of the area. the large bathrooms are fitted with good quality towels, making for a comfortable stay.
The staff's poor English can be an issue if you have questions that require a more difficult conversation.
